Meet Princess
Princess Darnell is a speaker and consultant who focuses on communication, leadership, and perspective building, with a particular emphasis on public service and institutional impact. She has presented at national and international conferences, including the International Leadership Association Conference in Prague, Czech Republic. She serves as National Faculty for the National Center for State Courts as well as a mentor for the Institute for Court Management Fellows Program. Princess brings experience across government, education, and mental health systems, grounding her work in both practice and theory. She most recently served as the Deputy Director of Access to Justice for the Indiana Supreme Court and now consults with nonprofit organizations, higher education institutions, and state and federal agencies. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Teaching from Earlham College and is currently completing her doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Marian University.
